This is a NON-OEM idle control servo, which manages the car's idle and keeps it running when your foot is not on the gas. These units can go bad over time and need to be replaced. If you have determined that this is the cause of your problems, then this is a more affordable alternative to the OEM Mitsubishi ISC .
