These are LEXAN brand polycarbonate with a propietary coating to help protect them from scratching and pitting. It offers excellent optical clarity yet is shatterproof and windshield-wiper friendly and can be cleaned with standard glass cleaners - no need for separate polishes or cleaners. But the BIGGEST advantage is the pure weight savings! These pieces weigh less than half the weight of the stock glass, and are available for all windows in a variety of thicknesses.

Select from complete kits offering the windshield, rear window, driver & passenger door windows, and driver & passenger rear quarter panels. Or select individual pieces, all available in 4 thicknesses (note, the front windshield is not available in the thinnest dimension). Kits are based on the thickness of the front windshield paired with the thickness of the rest of the pieces.

Kit 03 includes: 50 10-24 1" Allen Head countersunk machine screws and locknuts.

Kit 04 includes: 50 10-24 1" Allen Head countersunk machine screws and locknuts
and 20 feet of 3/16" Self-Adhesive Rubber Sealant

Kit 05 includes: 50 10-24 1" Allen Head countersunk machine screws and locknuts
and 20 feet of 3/8" Self-Adhesive Rubber Sealant

Kit 06 includes: 50 10-24 1" Allen Head countersunk machine screws and locknuts
and 20 feet of 5/8" Self-Adhesive Rubber Sealant

NOTE: WINDSHIELDS ARE NOT D.O.T CERTIFIED. This product is not yet D.O.T. Approved and is currently illegal for usage on U.S. Highways.

NOTE2: These pieces are oversized by 1-inch all the way around to ensure a correct fit on all applications. Pieces do need to be trimmed to final size - installation instructions are included.

NOTE3: These are custom made to order, so anticipate a 4-6 week lead time for production.
