Generic Twin Turbo STAINLESS Steel Downpipe
w/ Rear Pre-Cat Eliminator Pipe

This is a stainless steel downpipe set for the 3000GT/Stealth twin turbos! This is a total cat-elimination setup! The stainless steel downpipe eliminates the main catalytic converter as well as the front pre-cat (it bolts up to the front O2 housing just off the turbo). Also included is a stainless steel rear pre-cat eliminator pipe! This is a universal application - it fits 91-99 TT/VR4. The kit also includes gaskets and bung plugs for the cars with only 2 O2 sensors. For Cali-Spec cars with 4 O2 sensors, you may need to run our Dual O2 Simulator on the secondary sensors if your check engine lights comes on from eliminating the pre-cats.

One advantage of this downpipe kit is that the downpipe includes a flex section to help prolong its life. Solid 1-piece downpipes have no "give" from engine and exhaust movement and can lead to cracked welds, broken flanges, and blown gaskets MUCH sooner than downpipes with a flex section.

NOTE: This downpipe is designed to be used with the included rear cat eliminator. If you are going to be using your stock pre-cat, you may need to notch the bolt holes in the rear flange on the downpipe to allow the bolts on the pre-cat to fit (particularly on the 94-99 models).
