EVO III Big 16G Turbos - BIG Power!

After over a year in development and testing we FINALLY are releasing our 3SX Custom TD05 Headers Kit!! Made with stainless steel, our kit comes complete with equal-length front and rear manifolds, pre-cat eliminator pipes with O2 sensor mounts and fit for the included 38mm external wastegates, and a matching stainless steel downpipe bringing the air flows together into a 3" outlet where it mates to the cat/racepipe. The downpipe includes 2 flex-sections to ensure ease of installation and allow for engine movement while driving - but we recommend you check your motor mounts since bad motor mounts can damage these exhaust and other components.

This kit gives your almost everything you need to get BIG power! The EVO3 turbos are known to be a great turbo upgrade, and now you can get a package kit for less than a TD04 header and turbo upgrade! Our header kit includes the manifolds and pre-cat eliminator pipes as well as 38mm external wastegates and even a custom downpipe designed specifically for this header kit to bring everything together in the stock cat location so you have the full range of options on exhaust systems past the downpipe (cat or race pipe and any cat-back system). NOTE: You will have to clock the turbo cartridge for installation and since it is an external wastegate setup, you do not use the wastegates on the turbos - the pre-cat eliminators block off the wastegate on the turbo.

TD05 16g Turbo-to-Intercooler Adapters

As you can see from the pictures of the 16g turbos, the compressor outlets are flanged, not allowing for a direct connection of intercooler piping via a standard coupler. We offer an adapter kit custom made for 16g turbos that bolts to the turbos and gives you open pipe ends for connecting your intercooler piping.

Upgrade Options and Requirements

These turbos have a LOT of potential in them, depending on what the rest of your setup is.

Matt, formerly of 3SX, dyno'd 540 AWHP running this kit with 680 injectors, GM MAF + Translator, and fuel pump, upgraded sidemount intercoolers, stock heads.

Chris, 3SX Service Manager, tuned his daily-driver VR4 to 811 AWHP and 747 TQ running this header kit with the 50-trim turbos (now the Terminators), complete 3SX dual-pump-dual-feed fuel kit, 1600cc injectors, AEM, and tuned with E95M5 fuel.
