The 3SX Customer Rewards Program is just another way we offer a little "Thank YOU!" back to our customers.  But this is a Thank You that actually GIVES you something!  At the end of each quarter (based on calendar year) we tally up all of your invoiced sales and email out discount codes based on those sales. These codes offer dollar-off discounts on future purchases.  For customers who have invoiced over $1000 in the quarter they also received a discount code good for 10% off their next purchase of any dollar amount!

The cool thing is that ALL of your invoices from 3SX count toward your total: website orders, phone orders, even service tickets!  The main thing to remember is that the quarterly value is based on INVOICED tickets.  So it's not when you place the order, but when the order is invoiced and shipped.  The main reason is that orders may change, we may do partial shipments, parts may be on backorder, etc.  So if you place an order December 31, and it doesn't invoice and ship until January 2, that would count toward your 1st quarter total. 

What's the catch? Not much, really.  The codes are auto-generated and emailed.  Because of this, the discount codes are ONLY good for orders placed on our www.3SX.com website.  Also, since they are emailed, you can't have 3SX emails blocked or spammed in your email system or you will not receive them.  If you have ever unsubscribed or marked as spam our emails or newsletters, your account will be marked as "do not email" in our system and you will not get your codes.

Wholesale/resale and groupbuy customers/accounts are excluded from this program.

The codes are typically good for about a month after being emailed out, their expiration date will be in the email.
