Turbo Repair Kit - TD04 or TD05

With the speed at which turbos spin, they are destined to eventually wear out. The seals wear out and you start getting fluids through the turbos and out the exhaust in the form of smoke. When the bearings wear out they develop shaft play (wiggle side to side) and start to scrape the inside of the turbo housing often making a high-pitched whine or whizzing sound. Left unattended it can lead to internal damage to the turbo housing or the turbine wheel and shaft itself. This seal and bearing kit replaces all necessary parts inside the turbo to reseal and tighten up the internals giving your turbos a whole new life without replacing the whole turbo.

NOTE: It is recommended that you have the turbo balanced after installing a rebuild kit.

Note for TD05: You will need to reuse the existing thrust washer from your turbo when rebuilding 16G/18G/20G turbos, not the one included in the kit.

One kit is good for one turbo, change quantity for more than one.
