3SX Custom Fuel Kit

Stock Sending Unit / Bulkhead to Hard Feed Line Under Car
Replaces Expensive Factory Stock Fuel Line

This is a simple "fuel kit" that includes a 6AN stainless braided PTFE fuel line (PTFE is compatible with all fuels) and custom 3SX adapter fittings. This line and fittings replaces the stock sending unit feed line that is much more expensive. Note that the 3SX kit is the ONLY one available that offers the inverted-flare fittings to ensure a correct and proper seal against the sending unit and the hard line.

This line has to be disconnected if you are going to remove the fuel tank or even just the sending unit. It is MUCH easier to disconnect the line from where it mates to the hard line rather than at the sending unit - you have more room to work and get tools to separate the lines. (Alternatively, since you are replacing the line, you can simply CUT the soft line so it is easier to remove.) Once the short line is separate at the junction pictured below, then you can remove the sending unit and line together and then separate the line from the sending unit on a work table.

NOTE: All the fuel lines included in our 3SX fuel kits are crimped lines and made with stainless braided PTFE fuel line. PTFE is compatible all automotive fuels (gasoline, e85, methanol additives, etc) so these kits will be compatible with whatever system you are building!
