This pulley replaces:  Pulley AC/Alt Upper Idler PULLEY 91-99 DOHC MD318474

This pulley has an option to be rebuilt instead of replaced.

Note:  You won't need to use the shield plate/washer with this setup.  You can machine the shield plate/washer down but it won't be necessary upon installation.
