Oil pressure is probably one of the most vital factors in keeping the 3000GT/Stealth running in good condition. These cars come with two oil pressure sensor units: a variable pressure sender that sends the pressure signal to the gauge in the center cluster, and a switch that triggers the dash warning light when it gets below a minimum required pressure (approximately 10 psi). Because these units are on the bottom side of the engine, the senders can sometimes get damaged and the wiring particularly can get damaged resulting in the oil pressure gauge in the console not reading properly or at all! All of the parts are replaceable and these are factory original parts!
