Power Antenna Mast Replacement 3/S - Aftermarket

This is a Brand New Power Antenna Mast ONLY for the 3000GT and Stealth.  Over time the mast becomes brittle and breaks which will not allow the antenna to raise.  Here is a replacement part to get it operational again.

We have installed it in house and works great.  Note:  You will need two people for installation.

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the special nut along with the Grommet.  A small set of needle nose pliers can be used by sticking the nose in the slits of the nut and turning counter clockwise.  

2.  (very important) Make a note on which direction the teeth of the mast is facing.  During re-installation the new mast will need to be hand feed the same way.

3.  You will need to press the power button "on" and "off" on the radio to get the antenna motor assembly engaged to push the antenna out and or retract it back inside.

4.  The nut will need to be above the bottom of the slide piece on the mast.  This will hold the entire mast in place from poping out of the car when you complete the install.  (You can see a small lip on this piece where it will make sense upon installation).

5.  Don't forget the gasket and retighten the nut.  

6.  Test the antenna by pressing the power button on the radio and everything should work beautifully.
