While it doesn't happen often enough to be called "common", the locking nut is known to loosen and pop a hole in the end cover of the non-turbo 3000GT/Stealth transmissions. These are brand new OEM end covers for the F5M33 FWD Non-Turbo 3000GT and Stealth.

NOTE: The internal CONE and 3 screws are NOT included with the end cover piece. You will need to order those separately if you need them.
